Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Case #2017-01CU filed by Andrew and Sue Steward, for property located at 10570 Farmersville W. Carrollton Rd, Germantown Ohio 45327: West of S. Diamond Mill Road and East Venus Rd, on the south side of Farmersville W. Carrollton Rd: further described as being part of Section 36, Town 4, Range 4 East of Jackson Township, Montgomery County Ohio. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use according to Article 8, Section 803, A, 2, of the Jackson Township Zoning Resolution. Applicant is proposing the creation of one (1) lot of 3.805 acres, with existing house and accessory structures, from a total of 27.929 acres for this parcel and contiguous another 16.87 acres. The remaining acreage on this parcel will remain farmland.

A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday January 31, 2017 at the Jackson Township Building, 49 E. Walnut Street, Farmersville Ohio at 7:00 p.m. The completed copy of the application is available for review by contacting Melanny Michael, Jackson Township Zoning Office at 696-3010.
