Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Case #2026-03V filed by Thomas and Melynda Baudendistel for property located at 5409 S Clayton Road, Farmersville, OH 45325. Parcel ID# F22 01511 0002.
Further described as being part of Section 35, Town 4, Range 4 East of Jackson Township, Montgomery County Ohio. The applicant is requesting a Variance according to Article 4 Section 403 B, 1 of the Jackson Township Zoning Resolution.
The nature of the variance the applicant is requesting is less road frontage for the newly proposed lot and the remaining existing lot than required. If the Variance is approved a Conditional Use Hearing will follow.
