JACKSON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Case #2025-02V filed by Jeff Miller, Contractor for Anthony Walker for property located at 577 S Sulphur Springs Road, New Lebanon, OH 45345. Parcel ID# F25 01306 0022. Further described as being part of Section 6, Town 4, Range 4 East of Jackson Township, Montgomery County Ohio. The applicant is requesting a Variance according to Article 4 Section 403 B, 2 of the Jackson Township Zoning Resolution. The nature of the variance the applicant is requesting is to put an addition on the front of the existing house and request to have a lesser setback of the required 50 feet.
A Public Hearing will be held Monday July 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. This hearing will be held at Jackson Township Administration Building, located at 49 E. Walnut Street, Farmersville Ohio.
