Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Case #2026-01CU filed by Steven Pyle, for property located at 1111 Bull Rd, New Lebanon OH. Parcel ID# F25 01308 0010, Section 8, Town 4, Range 4 East of Jackson Township, Montgomery County Ohio. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use according to Article 8, Section 803, A, 3, of the Jackson Township Zoning Resolution. Applicant is proposing to split off 15.083 acres of woods.
A Public Hearing will be held Monday May 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing will be held at the Jackson Township administration Building, located at 49 E. Walnut Street, Farmersville Ohio.
