Notice is hereby given that the Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Case #2026-02V filed by Kathy Bendig for property located at 1776 Preble County Line Road, Farmersville, OH 45325.  Parcel ID# F22 01307 0027.  Further described as being part of Section 7, Town 4, Range 4 East of Jackson Township, Montgomery County Ohio.  The applicant is requesting a Variance according to Article 4 Section 403 B, 1 of the Jackson Township Zoning Resolution.  The nature of the variance the applicant is requesting to build a barn that will partly extend in front of the house.  If the Variance is approved a permit will be given to build the barn.

A Public Hearing will be held Monday September 14, 2026, 7:00 p.m.  This hearing will be held at Jackson Township Administration Building, located at 49 E. Walnut Street, Farmersville Ohio.  The completed copy of the application is available for review by contacting Kristen Hamaker, Jackson Township Zoning Office at (937)-696-3010.  All hearings are open to the public.
